Dance, gymnastics, fun imagery exercises, and craft activities will all follow a special theme for the week.  Dance instruction includes instruction in pre-ballet, jazz and modern techniques.

Improve your skills and confidence with choreography and freestyle.  Learn the steps that make the amazing styles with Hip Hop culture.  Let the music define you.  This workshop will blend West Coast Locking, Poppin', Wave, East Coast Up Rocking, Breakin', Waacking/Vogue, Party Hip Hop Styles such as Wobble, Jerk & Reject.  Don't fake the funk ... know it!  Be it!  Understand it!

Body Transformer
  Body Transformer classes keeps your heart rate up while you burn calories and fat. It's a circuit/interval type class using low weights and high reps with 4-5 interval bursts throughout. This great fitness class also includes Yoga and Pilates.  Great music and energy to keep you motivated. Visible results in just a few classes. You'll end up with much more energy and stamina.

Upper Body Blast will lengthen, sculpt and tone upper body muscles using light weights, bands, and your own body weight. There is also floor work including core and abs. This workout includes standing and mat work.

Lower Body Blast will lengthen, sculpt, and tone lower body muscles using light weights, bands, your own body weight and the ballet bar. This workout also includes a core and abs section. This workout includes standing and mat work.

Pilates classes help to create long lean muscles. This non-impact class develops strength, flexibility, balance, and a strong core.
